Stacey’s Tuition Services trading as Stacey’s English Tuition is a limited company registered in England, providing high quality English tuition. (Company Number: 08261569).

Why do I collect data?
I collect data to enable me to process enquiries and transactions with my customers and students, in accordance with their contract with me and in compliance with the law.
What personal data do I collect from you?
I collect data I need to be able to process your requests and enquiries about my services, and to provide you with the services you have asked me to provide. I also receive, collect and store any information you enter on my website.
I use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
I may collect the following personal data:

When do I collect personal data?
I will collect your personal information when you make enquiries about my services, enter into a contract with me and engage with me via my website and on social media.
What I do with your information?

It will be used to process your enquiries and to enter into a tuition agreement if you wish to register for regular lessons

I will use your email address to send you invoices, and information about upcoming events

You will also receive SMS invoicing reminders and additional information relating to tuition or education

In some exceptional circumstances, if there is a need to discuss anything related to you or your child’s English tuition, I may need to contact you on your telephone number
Who do I share your data with?
In order to support the efficient running of my business, I may need to share your data with my administrator and my accountant.
My website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Any data you send me via my website, ie via my contact form, may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
How do I secure the information we collect?
I take appropriate measures to protect your personal data. My electronic database files with personal data information are password protected. My computer and mobile devices are also password protected.
How long will I keep your data?
I will only keep personal data for as long as is necessary to provide my services, or for as long as I need to keep the information for lawful business purposes.

I have put in place appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorised disclosure or access.

In some cases I may demonstrate that I have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing your information.
